We know you value your time, so we have prepared a summary for you. The complete Terms of Service are set forth in Section 3 of this document and in the event of any conflict, the complete Terms of Service shall control.

1. Complete the mandatory trainings before accessing the application or system.
2. Do not keep personal data for longer periods than what is necessary.
3. Keep all data accurate and relevant.
4. Limit the access to personal data to the least amount of people possible and only to authorized personnel.
5. Process the least amount of personal data possible, and only for the approved purpose.
6. You must use only approved Rakuten systems and tools for the processing of personal data.
7. Report potential personal data breaches immediately.
8. Do not include personal data in free text fields or attachments.

Terms of Use

• Rakuten Privacy Notice

  This application is owned by Rakuten and may only be accessed by approved users.
  
  By downloading and accessing the app, you accept Rakuten will collect your name, phone number. Rakuten requires this information for a legitimate business interest. App uses GPS to create a virtual boundary around site access, GPS will be tracked based on business use-case and configuration.
  
  

  1. Location :

  To capture the user's location for show in MAP and distance from the site.
  

  2. Photo / Video :

  To fill data and guide other users.
  

  3. iCloud directory :

  To save document in iCloud.
  

  4. Face id :

  To enable to app access.
  
  

• Personal Data Retention

  Do not keep personal data for longer periods than necessary and in accordance with the applicable data retention policy. If the data retention policy is not clear to you, please contact the application owner, your legal department or the privacy officer in order to provide you with the proper guidance.
  
  Data retention for personal data may be subject to special requirements and restrictions originating from National or regional regulation (‘Country Data Retention Requirements’), and Customer Agreements (‘Customer Data Retention Requirements’).
  
  These are together referred to as ‘Data Retention Requirements’

• Recommended Data Retention Periods for different categories of Customer Data

  1. Personal Data :

  The retention period is Maximum of (‘Country Data Retention Requirements’, ‘Customer Data Retention Requirements’ or ‘6 Months’) from the end of Customer Agreement Period.
  

  2. Annomise Data :

  The retention period is Maximum of (‘Country Data Retention Requirements’, ‘Customer Data Retention Requirements’ or ‘24 Months’) from the end of Customer Agreement Period.
  

  3. Reports shared via Mail with Personal Data :

  To be deleted before start of 3rd Cycle report.

• Personal Data Accuracy

  Keep all data accurate and relevant for the purpose for which it is being processed.

• Personal Data Sharing

  Limit the access and sharing of personal data to the least amount of people possible, and before any such sharing can occur, conduct the proper due diligence in order to make sure that the recipients have received the necessary approvals to process such personal information.

• Personal Data Collection and Purpose Limitation

  When processing personal data, you must make sure that you are processing the least amount of information possible and the purpose for which you are conducting the processing is approved by the Data Controller.

• Personal Data Storage & Transfer

  You must use only approved systems and tools for the processing of personal data (processing operations include activities such as accessing, storing and transferring of personal data) which can guarantee that the appropriate security and privacy controls have been implemented in conformance with Rakuten’s security and privacy policies.

• Personal Data Breach Reporting

  If you suspect any personal data breach, please report it immediately to security@rakuten.com

• Unstructured Personal Data

  Do not include personal data in free text fields or in attachments which are not designed to process such types of personal data.
